Mercury 50 hp 2 stroke

I have a 99 two stroke.. I cleaned carbs, replaced fuel pump and filter.. it appears the bottom cylinder is not firing as the spark plug looks clean compared to the others and it is still not running right.. compression is 125-6 on all cylinders..
Any thoughts?

Is there spark off the lead ?----Is the sparkplug bad ?
