Hi,<br />I have a 1977 vintage (U/O 470)and it has worked fine for the 1 1/2 years I have ownwd it. This year I have used the boat around 10-12 times with no problems but the last two times out, the pump seemed to labor (slow growl rather than a high speed whine) and the switch buttons actually got hot enough to make me shake my hand. The battery is good and fluid is not the problem.<br /><br />Could this be pump motor problem causing a bunch of resistance ?<br /><br />Thanks in advance for any ideas.
