Martin 60; Lower unit made by OMC?

Hello all....

I just acquired a pretty rough Martin 60. In giving it the once-over...I couldn't help but wonder if the lower unit was a TD-20 OMC. It sure looks similar. Anyone know?

Otherwise....any links to Martin stuff would be appreciated. I already have been to the Larson site.....' (martinoutboards--dot--com)
