I just picked up an 89' Glasstream bass boat, but it does need a couple of wiring fixes. Its got a 12/24v Evinrude trolling motor but the plugs are bad. I took the panel off which has a 12v charge and 24v run switch and found 4 wires plugged into a 3 wire female connector. The male plug isn't there, and the female plug is broken. Can I replace the female connector with whats here, and replace the male connector and go? There is 4 wires red, two black, and an orange in the back which conincide with whats up front.
