I have a 1985 Cheetah 160 and am wondering who manufacter the boat and also am wondering how much hp motor it will handle. It came with a 1985 Force made by u.s.marine. Does not seem to go that fast for a 50 hp. but who know . I am new to boating so hope this question is not to stupid. Thanks for any answer that i might receive.

Cheetah boats have been manufactured since 1963 in Havasu City Arizona.They no longer list your boat model but if you were to shoot them an e-mail I bet they could give you the scoop you're looking for.<br /><br />info@cheetahboatmfg.com
