Lounge seat removal - 1994 Bayliner Capri

I'm looking to replace both seats soon since my original seats have seen better days. Just wondering how the old ones come out - where are the fasteners? Are they an easy swap with new seats of the same type? These are the back-to-back lounge seat type that fold down flat. Bayliner used a glassed in box to attach these to. Thanks!

Typically the opening on top of a seat base box is only open at the aft end; at the fore end, under the seat itself, the box probably has a top, and the seat bottom will be bolted on (bolts vertical, up) through that boxtop.
