looking at used props

Hey guys I am needing, okay you goy me Wanting an new prop. Cash is a bit tight for a new stainless prop. So I was thinking used. Is this a bad idea? What should I be on the look out for when dealing with used ones. Ovbiously look for dings and bent blades, but any thing other than that.

Also are there any brands th shy away from.

I have a refribished and a brand new one and they both work just as well...

A used SS prop can be a good deal, I would avoid any props that have been painted or repainted, makes me think they are trying to hide something.
