If you go to this web site, www.letssaythanks.com, you can pick out a thank you card and Xerox will print it out and it will be sent to a solider that is currently serving in Iraq. You can’t pick out who gets it, but it will go to some member of the armed services. It is FREE and it only takes a second.

Go it one better.

Ask around and find someone who has a family member serving overseas. Now make up a big batch of Beef Jerky and have it sent along with one of their normal parcels.

A coworker has a son serving whom I've sent a couple of batches of jerky too. His son is in the Marines and serving in Falujah.

I make it up about 8 lbs at a time and vacuum seal it for shipment. His son has told him it is the one thing he gets in his care packages that he does not share with his squad.

You cannot send alcohol or pornography. You may send religious material but only for personal use, not for distribution.
You can send all the beef jerky you want.

If you need any help just post a page to me and I'll pass along some recipes and instructions.

I work covertly.

But, I'm a "sneaky" Republican/Christian scumbag. At least I'll admit everything I am.

I'll pay a bill or a restaurant check, without them knowing, where it came from.

Just a note, delivered by the food server, that says:

"Thank You For Your Service"

Signed: "An Appreciative American". "Be Well-Godspeed".

I rarely get to see a reaction, since I'm usually long gone.

But, sometimes, I catch a glimpse of their total surprise.

I think it's sad that only a few people have replied to this post. Start a topic about the war, and you get over a hundred hits, start a good and patriotic topic to support the troops and people won't do it.

I am sickened!!! :|
