Found the Problem!!!!!!!!! after 2 more top tec's in our area. That was NO help at all !! I tore the motor one more time and found the cylinder sleeve had turned or twisted in side the motor block ??? WHAT? yep! got a used block $100, Just got back in from a 6 hour ride This motor is PERFECT!!! THX for the Help-CYA
