Where can I find the light green speckle paint for the interior? I would also consider a light grey base as well. The automotive trunk paints are the right idea, but all are quite dark. I would prefer a lighter base as it is cooler on a sunny day.

google for Zolatone. You can simulate it your self by using Rustoleum oil based paint and apply the base coat color and then use a Wallpaper Paste brush dipped into 1/4" deep paint of the speckle color. Use a piece of wood to tap the brush over the area of the boat to be "Speckled" and the paint will splatter onto the base coat. It really works well. Takes a bit of time but it is cheaper than the Zolatone.
