I cant find the manual?

I have a 1986 Merc 120 and I have looked in the section on here and i guess I'm just dumb because I can't figure out which one is the one I need. I have downloaded 4 of them and I think they're all wrong. Can someone please help, feel dumb asking but I need it. Thanks

A guess at the year or the serial number of the motor will be useful

#10 for the engine. Covers 85 to 89 GM 4 cyl. engines.
#6 for your outdrive. Covers 83 to 90.
Doesn't seem that difficult to figure out.
