Yes, the right mouse click works great. Put the plane as far as you can in the left upper corner and right click, go to the left part of the screen and click about an inch from the bottom.

In order to rank in the top 20 you probably have to fly at least 200M or more! I don't know how you can possible do it, I can't get past the 113M mark.

Oh I got it to 153M I think, on the computer at work. Out the window I did 3 loop-de-loops. I read some where the more loops you can make the plane do out the window the further it will go. I think I ranked at 64 or something, will look tomorrow. So that is getting close to the max flight. I can't believe I'm wasting my time playing this stupid thing!
