Yesterday at the lake the motor wouldn't idle. Lifting the fast idle lever up it would. Turned my low idle jets to no effect. While buddy turned the motor over I used a screwdriver to open the butterfly valves a little. Idled fine. Should the valves be open a little bit at idle?
