okay I'm putting the boat back in the water I drained the lower out last season so I need to fill it up again. I got a quart in and its not full yet. So how much more to fill it up? I don't want to buy one more and then be short! why did do a search but nothing came up he gave me a definitive answer so appreciate some input thanks so much
