How much is too much...

Grease in the hubs? Replacing the bearings and seals this week on a NTM trailer. When I removed the hubs they were FULL of grease. Is this how they should be? And yes they have the Bearing Buddies so thinking this is what you get by keeping them pumped up.

yes thats how BB work their full.

No such thing as too much grease with BB's.

^^^^^^ It was meant tongue in cheek. Too much grease can ruin the seals....... If properly used, BBs work great........

Just don't make the mistake that many make by giving them a pump of grease every time they go out. Sure way to blow the rear seals. Once they are full...they are full.

it also depends on how far you have to trailer your boat
i only have about four miles to my launch.
i have ez lube hubs went to check them this spring the grease looked like new and was still packed so i didnt bother
