Ok i just bought this boat a 93 champion with 98 mercury 150hp. I took it out 3 or 4 times and its hard to start. Then after idling for 10 minutes I try to take off and it gets real slugish and bogs down almost dies till i get out of the throttle. I have too get into it real slow and still it feels like its starving for fuel untill it finaly gets on plane then runs out fine. But it does that no matter if i run it for 2hrs or 2 minutes. Then i noticed its not pissing like it should. It does fine while idling but on plane its just a trickle or none. any one else have any opinions on what might cause these problems? Carbs water pump or what.....oh and the boat did sit for a while till i bought it and the motor has less than 100hrs on it. Why is it doing this?
