Hey guys had a ton of help here on my mercury xr2 150 but just got a 1959 alumacraft 14ft with a evinrude i think 18hp motor having some trouble figuring out what yr it is the plate says 15020-12637 thanks for any help guy says it runs but been sitting awhile i know first thing it needs is a water pump but the lower doesnt seem to want to drop straight down like my mercury is there a extra step besides removing the bolts
