Help...I recently picked up a 1996 bayliner jazz 120xr sport jet. It runs great out of water, But as soon as you try to start in water it won't. We even tried to start it out of water, than back the boat on the trailer into the water and the only way it would stay running is if you were manually accelerating at the carbs... anyone have good ideas on what's wrong??
