HELP! 20hp model # J20CRCEM serial # R08246347

I just recently became the owner of a new boat. The motor, not so good.:'( It"s 20hp model # J20CRCEM serial # R08246347. I'm not yet sure what parts need to be replaced so I'm looking for something that may assist me in discovering this as well as a list of parts for this particular model.

Hi, thank you! I'm not actually the one doing the "fixing" it is my father. He's just "internet challenged"! He is definately more mechanical than I.
