Going from Evinrude to yammy F115 ?'s

I am going to switch motors out on a boat and it has a late 80's 110HP Evinrude and I want to put on a 2003 F115 Yamaha.Can anyone tell me what all needs to be changed in the process. I am mainly wondering about the wiring and controls/tach.

all of it, the only thing you will reuse is the holes in the transom mostly.
