I have a 20 ft trophy with an outboard and when I go to fuel up I can barely put gas in slowly otherwise my tank pressurizes and blows gas back out to put in $10 literally took me like 15 minutes. My tank has a 5/8 hose coming off of it but the problem is the vent going outside the boat has tiny little holes in it and I have been unable to find something with much bigger vent holes so the 5/8 hose is pointless what do I do should I tee off the line and add multiple vents or what 🤷🤦🤦

Check your tank vent line. The vent itself is fine from your description
also check the fill line

The vent screens also plug up, although you would not expect them to. Maybe it is time for a new vent.

Or a sag in the vent line and the vent line is now full of fuel.
