The 64 5.5 is right on the cusp of 50:1 or 24:1 the 67 3 would be 50:1 as recommended by OMC. However I would be mix both a 24:1 and call it a day. Running those little outboards a little richer than required won't hurt them and you will have piece of mind knowing that they will last for many more years.
