The boat I am working on is a 2000 Sea Ray, 21 ft with 5.0 mercruiser, with TBI for fuel delivery. Now I have three fuel lines that are flexible, sae j1527 markings that need to be replaced. Can't find part numbers for these lines. Two are at the water seperator and one at fuel pump to heat exchanger. Is there a proper way to fabricate these myself with hose and compression fittings? Or, does anyone have a source for part numbers, and are they available on this site? looking for any ideas. thanks

First thing you are going to need is your engines Mercruiser serial number. Or you do stand the chance of ordering the wrong part.

Fuel line assembly, 2000 mercruiser, where to find these

The boat I am working on is a 2000 Sea Ray, 21 ft with 5.0 mercruiser, with TBI for fuel delivery. ...

The serial number on engine is L619326.

And you see, there's why we ask for serial numbers.... The boat might be 2000, but the engine is 1998... and yes, it does make a difference...

The part numbers for the fuel lines are...
32-807953 Fuel pump to filter base
32-807954T Fuel regulator to filter base
32-861564A1 Fuel cooler to fuel rail
