Well one more little thing I noticed on my older Merc.(sig)
Right below intake manifold(upper carb) and above lower carb.(dual carb set up on my 75 hp) there is a black bolt. And fuel slowly seeping out of it.
Tried taking a pic. but was poor resolution and dark.

What does that bolt hold and can I tighten it up?
Currntly trying to find some diagrams ot the engine. So it make sence what I am talking about.

Just to be safe I have to ask. Is there anything that will fall or get loose and drop inside the motor if I loosen that bolt Up?

Why is there fuel in there, why is it leaking out of there, is it normal or somethign weir is going on????
