force 120 (chrysler)

trying to help a friend out his force 120 tilted up by itself when he was washing it out after using and shut off.now it wont turn over or trim from the controls.if i turn the key on and jump across the starter solenid it will crank and run fine and if i straight wire the trim motor that works .anybody got any idea?

I have one that decides to tilt itself occasionally too. Now when I store it I pull the trim signal pins. (Thin green and blue wires) I suspect it is the trim switch but am too lazy to fix it.

Anyway, the trim motor probably heated up when it stalled in the up position and popped a circuit breaker. Follow the red wires and look for a small black plastic box. Press the button on the side to reset it.
