Forcasted temp 22 - Motor up or Down?

My boat is still in the water (Blackfishing is awesome this year). Forcasted temp for Saturday night is 22 degrees. Water temp in the Marina is in the upper 40's. Would I be better off to lower the motor into the water on Saturday? Thanks.
