flywheel magnets

My motor was running very eratic in low and high rpms was not getting spark to port side of 1985 Evinrude Xp150. Thought it might be stator, I took fly wheel off and found one of the magnets loose it was being held there only by magnet power. I know that it being loose is not good and will cause some problems I am just wondering if this would cause the port side to dam near not fire at all.

Yes it can and you can buy new magnents and glue and fix it yourself.

The glue is drying as we type. I was just wonder how much one magnet beng loose can do. Would it just effect one cylinder or more also the tech was working then not
