I've been watching my mail. I have not seen one jar of pecan brittle. ;-)

You know, you could sell that stuff. I'll bet there is a store, near the Hideout, that would take it on.
All this stuff is killing me DJ, help!!!!:D

And FWIW, when you make candy/fudge/etc.., you'll always see "ball stages" referred to. It's very simple. Fill a cereal bowl half-way with cold water. Drizzle some of whatever you're making into the bowl when you're ready to check it. When you can gather it up underwater with your fingers and pull it all out and it stays together as a (guess what) soft ball it's done. Essentially you're seeing what the sugar will do at room temperature...(thanks Mom!)
