Fibre Glass Cleaners

Just wondering what I should use to clean my fibre glass boat and lower part of engine, there is a dull film on it, (oxidizing???) I can rub it off, but was wondering if here is a cleaner I can use. I want my boat to sparkle again.

I just gave mine a good washing with some hull cleaner and then used Turtle Wax rubbing compound. It took my light oxidation right off and shined the boat up. After that you can use a wax. BTW - there are alot of post about good ol vaseline. Some of the guys swear by it. I used it to get the water stains of my black decal on the side of the hull and it worked like magic.
