Hey thanks for a fine reply!<br /><br />Do you think going down to 20" Raker would make any difference in speed from the 22"? Given the same engine elevation.

Yes, it will change the speed. I would expect it to be less but the true test is to try one.

Do you have a link to the non variable pumps? All I can find is the latest updated VRO's which my engine is equiped with.

If you have the removable outlet nipple, that is the latest.

Are they adjustable at all? I believe they may give the engine to much oil at low rpm.

No adjustments. If its pulling too much oil, it sences a fuel restriction and pumps extra oil to save the motor.
