Exhaust steam

I have a 2000 Tiara 3100 open with twin Crusader 454s. At 3000 plus rpm the exhaust puts out a pretty large amount of white steam. My local dealer repair shop says this is normal as long as engine temp is good seems excessive to me. Any thoughts?

Water is discharged into the exhaust stream at the risers, so steam is expected,.....
