Exhaust riser leaking water

Does anyone know why I have started getting water pouring out of this hole in my exhaust riser with the rocking of the boat? It happens on both sides. It is a 2008 Volvo penta 5.7l Gsi. Many thanks.

Water is coming thru a pivot hole for a missing exhaust flapper. thanks anyway. Great site.

The exhaust hose should have covered the holes.
Loosen and slide it down??
