I just bought a used 1990 15HP Evinrude which is in pretty good shape, however I just noticed one thing: The upper connection between the motor mount and the steering mechanism appears to have noticable mechanical play. I can see two bolts which appear to be loose, however they are tucked under the lower cowling and I can't seem to get a wrench on them. Has anyone seen this before, and can you suggest how I can tighten those bolts? Thanks!
