Engine Cowling Paint

I have a 97 Seaswirl Striper with a I/O. I would like to paint the engine cowling cover. What kind of paint would be best.

I used Rustoleum (sp) on mine-
Holding up fine :)

Id let my kits paint it with water colors....they seem to like them ;)

no really.. depends on your wallet ..

rattle cans or 2 part polys..your choice just follow primer directions..

From rustoleum to automotive paints and anything in between acrylic enamel or acrylic lacquer in a aerosol spray can. Acrylic lacquer will dry faster and can be recoated any time.
Enamel have to be recoated within a few hrs. or after 48 hrs. otherwise it will wrinkle. Give it a clearcoat of the same kind for finish.
