Duel Trottle Adjustment

I have twin 2005 yahama 150's. A a set RPM's say 3000 rpm's the right throttle is one knob ahead of the left.
I would like to have them together or close to it.
Is the adjustment at the engine or at the throttle's.

either one, or both.
just depends on who rigged it and how much attention was paid.
both ends of the yamaha control cables are threaded.
