1990 225 ETXD ,had a good run good rpm and power,then slowly went down hill,till can hardly get above idle. pulled and checked two bottom pumps one port side, they looked good,no tears,rips or dirt,could they still be bad????Preveiously did a carb tear down,soaked in carb cleaner cleaned,set,etc....DID A SYCRO.,carb linkage,oil linkage,TPS adjust to.5v.,clean and new fuel( limped back to shore 35 miles burned all fuel out had and replaced filtters,they were clean)replaced fuel lines new primer bulb,still no power under load.Thanks for any input.
