Compatibility of 250 HPDI Lower unit on 250 EFI OX66 Outboard?

I need a left hand rotation 25" lower unit for my 2000 yamaha 250 EFI OX66. There's one on ebay I'm interested in. It's from a 2003 250 HPDI. The bolt patterns look the same, but I have no idea if this will work on my motor. Can anyone help?

Yes it fits. 3.1 and 3.3 gearboxes are compatible. I believe the 2.6 litre will even bolt up and run but it doesn't line up pretty.
