Ah!You have good eyesight! I thought I could fool everybody into thinking that she had windows already:facepalm:And yes I have mounted them,Well..kind of I still have to seal them.
P.s nice set up you have yourself,Got any inside pics???

Thanks, bought it two years ago from older folks who bought it new,, it has been a work in progress just bringing it back... It was in fair shape when i got it, but needed some TLC... Vinyl, gel, stripes, painted cowl, etc. etc,

Here is my old Dateline Bikini 15 (around 1979) with Volvo penta 70hp
She had been neglected and left out in all weathers for around 3 years.
The outside looked so bad and interior was torn and tattered.
On the way home the day i bought it, the wife wanted me to just dump it.
She said it was an embarrasment as it looked so bad.
I could see underneath all the dirt and grime that she was nice, the interior was not a problem as i had
lots of material laying around waiting for something like this to come along.

A few weeks of hard work and she was ready and gleaming again.

This one is at least 20 years old, anyone know what it is? Love all the older ones, I have an 89 bayliner that qualifies, but I'm not quite ready to post it yet

Looks like it could be a feathercraft to me.

I saw a few feathercrafts looking around on the net that looked similar to this one, but no exact matches. Most all pictures that I see are from the 50's and 60's I'm thinking it's older than that. Know of any links to 40's and older aluminum runabouts?

My boat is a 1977 Sea Ray SRV 220 Overnighter (hardtop)
I can't take any credit for the condition of the boat as it was a one owner boat when I bought it. I plan on keeping it original as it is 100% original. I will bring the teak wood back to a new condition and may have the boat polished. There is really not much else I can do, except enjoy the boat.

The inside of my 87 Chap 198XL. I need to get some outside pics but it dosent look as good as the inside. Needs a repaint I think. I have tried all types of ways to remove the chalky white with no luck.

Hi JCM! I'll bet if you post two or three pics over in the "Boat Restoration, Building, and Hull Repair" section I'd bet there is a lot of talented people there that can help you decide what to do abut that chalky deterioration. New paint is always a great alternative but pretty expensive. By the way Great looking boat!

Love these type of threads. Well here is my 1986 Sea Nymph SS155 Fish n Ski powered with an Evinrude 50hp outboard (E50BELCO). Should be splashing her soon! Been 4 years in the making. Thanks to all iboaters that made it possible!

I agree! Without the great guys here on "iboats" I would have given up. It took me two years, with their help, to get it into the water. She's now thirty years old and maybe will give me a few more years before passing her on to someone else. Great job on your boat!

Thanks ! Good idea. I will get some pics and put that together this weekend ! It would "almost' look like a brandnew boat if the outside looked as good as the inside....

my first boat and it's over 20. 1973 orlando clipper by olympic boat, built in utah.

just wondering if anyone has any more info on them, been looking all over the net and would like to see more of these boats.

here are some pics of my 1977 Wellcraft Suncruiser 255, my wifes uncle gave it to us so all i have in it so far is the price of the tires for the trailer. it does need to be restored and i hope to be posting reno pics soon.
