Clarion Radio Issues

So everything was fine a week ago but we took the boat out yesterday and the radio would not power on. It is a Clarion CMD5 and if I hit the reset button I can hear the cd player spin up but the screen is blank and no sound.. I am thinking I need a new unit....

Best I can tell you is to check the power and ground, if those check good then I will bet your correct, I would however check and see if there is anyone local who can repair it as it looks like a nice unit, but it strikes me as an odd size and could be problematic finding another unit to fit properly, could be a DIN and a half though not sure...
