Hi, any expert out there.
I have Mercury 1999 30hp. 30E0, serial#06762519, oil injector. having a hard time starting cold, when i started it at home with muffs it take a few cranks only, when i took it to the lake it takes about 10 times to get started. is there any adjustments does it need? how do i verify if a choke level works? when pull it up, I did not hear the difference in sound. Any advice will be appreciated. Cal. Thank you
