charging system on 6hp Nissan 4 stroke?

My freind orderd a Nissan 6hp 4 stroke for his sailboat, and the option charging kit, the engine came in but the kit is still being shipped.<br /><br />What type of puller needed to remove the flywheel?<br /><br />is anything else needed?<br /><br />( I advised him to buy the service manual as well)<br /><br />thanks!

No puller needed. Loosen the flywheel nut and bring it up flush with the top of the crank. Pop it with a hammer and....it's loose. The only other tool you need is a screwdriver. The kit comes with instructions too.
