Trying to idle this merc cruiser. Seems it should have a spring on the return. Adjusted the linkage and cant seem to get a happy medium. Idles to fast. push the carb linkage down and it is fine. Rev it or give it gas and try to return to idle and it gets to high. Seems like the linkage or something is sticking in carb. Only takes a small amount of pressure and its fine. Other wise it runs smooth. Any Ideas?
