Can I upgrade my 2010 karavan trailer with kodiak discs?

I have a 2010 karavan model usm-4100s-db12-78-st with disc brakes that are in need of repair. I want to switch to kodiak disc brakes if I can. Is it possible? Hopefully I can keep my axle.
I would like to use a kodiak kit that comes with rotor, calipers etc.
