instead of killing the only life line your motor has, fix the problem. if you replaced the thermostats, check the sender, it is a grounding type system meaning the sender creates the ground to activate the buzzer. if the sender is good, you have a problem in the wires. unless you want to risk meltdown

Keep the buzzer, fix the problem.

Even new thermostats fail, water intakes get plugged, bad gas can plug a main jet, why possibly miss a warning and risk a meltdown.
