buy F200TXRD yamaha with 1200 hours?

I'm looking to buy a boat with a 200hp yamaha F200TXRD. My only concern is the 1200 hours on the engine. I'm not really sure if this is a lot of hours or not on this 4 stroke engine. Thoughts?

Do a lake test first.----Any warranty from the seller ?

No. No, warranty.

Yes. I will do a boat test, compression check etc and the engine might run strong. But every engine has its limit and i'm dont know much about yamahas.
