The shift cable broke today, I can't access the cable on the back of the handle without pulling the throttle handle off. How would I do that? 96 glastron 115 evinrude stock handle. posted a few pictures to try and make it easier. the reason i can just unhook the cable is because its on the top, cant see the end to unhook it.
