Broken FICHT

I have a pair of 250 H.P. 2001 FICHTS the port motor will not stay running
the boat has been at the dealer for 3 months they can not find the problem.
Any body have any ideas ?

Could we get some more information? Model number and more details on what is happening. Does it start and then stall, quit when hot, stall at high speed or what, need more input.

Based on the detailed information that you have provided, I would say that the port side engine may have a problem that needs to be fixed.

Model #E250 FCXSIF Yes it starts but dies immediatly. I had DFI rebuild the
computer 4 months ago it ran for about an hour then quit I sent it back to DFI they said the computer was good. It has not ran since.

Has the stator been checked for resistance and output?

Has the cranking voltage been checked along with the solenoid bypass voltage?

Has the 40 volt system been checked for cranking voltage?

Have the temp sensors been checked for accuracy?
