I have a 1999 Yamaha 115 2 stroke. While taking the tilt/trim assambly off to replace the pump because I couldn't get to all the bolts. In order to take that off I had to remove the overflow tank and one of the 3 bolts broke off flush. I've nver had much suces with easyouts so I'm thinking 2 bolts and a zip tie should do the trick. Am I not thinking about this right? The other 2 bolts were very difficult to get out and were pretty corroded, so I know this won't be an easy one to get out either. Anybody ever had this problem?

Many have had that problem.

I would take the unit to a good machine shop and have them extract the broken bolt.
