Keep it out of the elements so you don't re-rot the boat, pull the battery and keep it on a trickle charge? You've already done the work. Time to enjoy the boat! Until the next bang, grind, screech. 20 hours is minimal in my opinion.

Check all you fluids, filters, hoses, belts etc., if everything checks out when you get back in town, go boating.
