1976 Glastron V-184 W/ Volvo 170 HP I6 Tickles 50MPH per boat speedo (yeah I know i need to bring the GPS on board some time) @ 5000 RPM with just me on a 14X19 3 blade. Will do around 40 loaded.

1976 Rogers Custom Boats 18' "Bonneville" jet boat with 500hp? Chevy 460 (454 punched out) and Berkeley 12JC drive TBD although the PO had his brother who is a police officer clock it in the high 70's with a radar gun. This was before I redid the top end of the engine and swaped out the cam.

Boat in my sig. About 49 mph with 1 person, full tank of gas, calm water, and maybe 30 seconds to get up to speed. Normally 46 mph in the same conditions before I get scared that I'm going to blow something up and ease off the throttle

2008 25' JC Neptoon Tri-Toon w/ Honda 115hp 4 stroke 29mph WOT on GPS with me and about 40 gallons of fuel. Tank holds 55 gallons. Add Wife, teenager and 8 year old plus cooler and beer 27.8 WOT.

9 Adults an 8 year old, 25 gallons of fuel and cooler with beer 24.6mph WOT

2006 Sanger D215, 330 hp Mercruiser, 1:1 with 10"pitch. 42 on GPS. Put the bimini up, boards in the racks and the family in the seats and that drops to all the way to 41 mph. It gets to top speed pretty quick however.
I'm going to have to GPS our Metzler inflatable with the 4 hp Evinrude this summer.

1998 17' Tracker Pro Deep V tinny with 50 hp 4 stroke Merc, just me and a 17 gal. full tank on glass flat water and trimmed all the way up 32.4 mph gps.

Thinking about slicking the hull down with Vaseline to see if I can get another 10-12 mph out of her!:facepalm:

2000 Crownline 248 BR 7.4l MPI with a Bravo III mostly boat around 5000' and I get 53 MPH GPS out of her with 2 adults and 3 kids, 60 gallons of gas. Lets not talk about the fuel mileage though.......

Merc 5.0 w/ Carburetor
21 pitch aluminum prop
15 gallons of gas
me (220 lbs)
56 mph on gps (WOT @ 4800 rpm)

+ wife + kid + cooler + 30 gal gas + dogs = 51 mph on gps (WOT)

Nope I'm still crying from last year!! Now gas is twice the price!! I'm just going to stop looking!!

I'm going to buy a couple extra paddles this year too..........

1979 Checkmate Eluder (18-1/2 ft) which was a water-logged basket case before I rebuilt it.
1990 Johnson 200.
Renegade 23 pitch prop
64 mph on gps at 6100 rpm (Other owners of the same hull say I should be able to see over 70 with the right prop and setup)
